His first solo mixtape, Agust D, was released in 2016 and re-released in 2018 to digital download and streaming platforms, charting at number three on the Billboard World Albums Chart.

Shin Ok-cheol (신옥철), or Outsider, is the fastest K-pop rapper ever. He is a from South Korea. He is known for his fast rapping and can rap at a rate of 13 syllables per second. Outsider began his career as an underground rapper in 2004, and his debut EP “Come Outside” was a success.
He released his debut single, “Speed Star,” in 2006 and used the SBS variety show The Truth Game to promote the song’s title track, “Motivation.” MC Sniper, a Korean hip-hop legend, signed Outsider to his label, “Sniper Sound,” after hearing his fast rapping skills. Outsider released his first full-length studio album, Soliloquist, on October 25, 2007.
